The Krusader Community Initiative Program (Kru Klub) is a Chicago-based nonprofit organization with a mission to prevent crime and strengthen communities through mentoring, economics, & edu-tainament [educational entertainment].
Entertainment is the best way to teach, embrace, and relate to the masses; and the Kru Klub specializes in providing entertaining books, music, programs and internships that not only teaches the participant, but also elevates their cognitive thinking skills and challenge their perception of their impact in society.
We have created iteneraries based on age, education level, and social interactions. Below are a few examples:

Kru Klub
- School mentoring programs that offer age-appropriate books & workshops based on the student's grade and education level.
- "Overnight Celebrity" program that offers members an overview of the entire music process. Industry professionals donate their time and expertise to create media packages, professional photography, music production, videography, and radio broadcasts.
- The opportunity to participate in trips, events and parades.
- Career Exploration events where children get to work with professionals and learn the basics of a craft.
Prison Kru
- Mentoring & mediating inmate book clubs.
- Disseminating "Convict Cooking Magazine": A periodical containing culinary recipes created exclusively from foods found on most prison commissary lists. Contents also include legal advice, constitutional rights, stories, puzzles, glamor photos and more...
- Provides a network of reintegration programs and various opportunities to serve their communities.
QUICK HITS Game Show
Contestants earn up to $50,000 cash & prizes, and viewers win prizes just for watching. Proceeds from the broadcast fund community programs.
